咕唠肉 Sweet Sour Pork

全部材料: All ingredients:
猪肉 Pork
鸡蛋 Eggs
黄瓜 Cucumber
黄梨 Pineapple
番茄 Tomatos
萝卜 Carots
洋葱 Onions
蒜米 Garlics
面粉 Flour
绍兴花雕酒 Chinese Wine
盐糖,酱油 Sugar,salt and soya sauce

步骤大纲:准备摆设(1),准备材料(2),炸肉(3),煮菜再把肉回锅(4)。。。
Overall steps: prepare decoration stuff(1), prepare material(2), deep fry the pork(3), and cook the vege and mix with the pork(4)!~~




(1)黄瓜和番茄切片作伴碟,摆一个漂亮的形状。。。
Cut cucumbers and tomatos in slices and put them in a nice form...




(2)蒜米切碎;洋葱(切八块拨开);黄瓜,黄梨,番茄,萝卜都切丁。。。
fine chop garlics, cut onions to 8 pieces and pull them out in layers, cut cucumbers, pineapple, tomatos, carots in tetrahedron (don't use the ruler to measure it! just simply cut with your feeling)...



(3)稍微用绍兴花雕酒,盐糖腌一腌猪肉(切块);沾蛋沾粉那去炸,炸了后放一边。。。
marinate the pork (already in cube shape) with salt, sugar and some Chinese wine. coat the pork with egg and flour, deep fry and put it aside...



(4)炒菜,先把蒜米洋葱爆香,如果萝卜之前有用热水烫过就没什么,如果懒惰没有的话,现在就把萝卜放下去煮一煮让它熟。。。
steps to fry the vege: fry the garlic first, if the carots were boiled then is alright, if you are lazy to preboil them, now put the carots in and fry them...
之后再把其他的东西(洋葱,黄瓜,黄梨,番茄)倒进去炒,加些调味料(盐糖,酱油)。。。
then put the other stuff in (onions, cucumbers, pineapple, tomatos), add some salt, sugar and soya sauce...
再把炸好的猪肉到进去捞一捞匀,看你要脆脆的还是软软的。。。脆脆的就快点起锅,软软的就煮旧一些。。。
the pour in the pork to mix it, depends if you want it to be cruncy, then don't cook so long; if you want it to be soft, then cook longer time...
