Omelette pizza ♦ 比萨煎蛋

一次突发奇想,觉得煎蛋的样子其实有点像比萨。。。能不能够把这两个东西结合呢?
One day, i suddenly think that, omelette looks like pizza...can i combine these two things together?

全部材料: All ingredients:
洋葱 Onions
蒜米 Garlic
德国肥肥香肠 German fat sausage
沙乐美肠/萨拉米(一个类似火腿酷似腊肠的东西) Salami
灯笼椒 Capsicum annuum
“好大”芝士 Gouda Cheese
鸡蛋 Eggs

步骤大纲:准备料(1),开始煎(2),摆东西(3),近烘炉(4)。。。
Overall steps: preparation(1), fry eggs(2), put the thing on top(3), put into oven(4)!~~

1)鸡蛋打进碗里搅匀加酱油,洋葱切半环状,香肠和萨拉米切圆形,芝士撕开一片片,灯笼椒切成一块块。。。
stir the eggs in bowl and add some soy sauce, cut the onions to half ring shape, sausage and salami cut to round shape, tear the cheese to small pieces, cut the Capsicum annuum to small pieces...



2)首先是很普通的煎蛋,就是炒一炒洋葱,香肠,再倒鸡蛋。。。要怎么翻过呢?初学者可以用两个锅,两个盖在一起,一翻就得了。。。没有两个锅?用碟子咯!先从锅滑到碟上,再用你的锅盖在碟上,一翻又可以了。。。高级的是怎样?就推一推再拉一拉再抛一抛蛋就飞起来,像跳水员一样在空中转个180度,再接一接就翻好了。。。但是太湿的话会弄到满地都是汁(我就是这样:P)
just like frying a normal omelette, fry the onion first, then sausage, and following by eggs...how to flip over it? for beginners, you may use 2 pans, put them face to face and turn around, that's it...don't have 2 pans? use plate then! slide the egg to the plate, use the pan to cover the plate, then turn around... how about for professional? just push a bit, pull a bit, raise a bit then the egg will fly up in the air turning 180 degrees, catch it then ok... but if it's too wet, you may make the whole floor wet (this is what i did, oppppss...:P)



3)煎好了后放在碟子,在上面铺你喜欢的东西(当然是可以吃的东西,不要把你最喜欢的洋娃娃摆在上边啦拜托!~~)。我铺了萨拉米,灯笼椒,芝士。。。建议放一下能够生吃的东西,像黄梨,番茄之类的都行。。。
finish frying put on a plate, put anyting you like on it (of course must be eatable, don't put your favourite toy on it lah please!~~). i put salami, Capsicum annuum, cheese...i advise you to put something can be eaten without cooking, like pineapples, tomatos etc...


4)放进烘炉烘一烘就好了(我的烘炉不够大,用微波炉把芝士弄融一下而已,所以为什么说放一些能生吃的东西在上面就是这个原因咯!:P)。。。好啦!大功告成,简单吧?
put into the oven and bake (my oven is not big enough, so i put into the microwave to melt the cheese only, that the reason why i said put something which can be eaten without cooking!:P)...ok! that's all, easy huh?

Rendang ♦ 忍当

忍当(我乱照读音翻的)是马来人的一道名菜,原自印尼。可以是鸡肉,牛肉,羊肉。。。你喜欢的话猪肉也行,虽然马来人不吃猪肉。
Rendang is a Malay cuisine, its origin is in Indonesia. It can be chicken, beaf, mutton....can even be pork if you want, eventhough Malay doesn't eat pork :P.



全部材料: All ingredients:
洋葱 Onions
蒜米 Garlic
辣椒干和新鲜辣椒 Dry and fresh chilis
香茅=柠檬草 Cymbopogon
南姜 Galangal
椰浆和椰丝 Coconut milk and desiccated coconut
黄姜叶或柠檬叶 Turmeric leaf or Lemon leaf
鸡肉 Chicken
鸡蛋 Eggs

步骤大纲:准备材料(1),炸鸡肉(2),干烘椰丝(3),开始煮(4)。。。
Overall steps: preparation(1), deep fry chicken(2), dry the desiccated coconut(3), cook(4)!~~






1)准备材料:蒜米,辣椒干和新鲜辣椒(用搅拌机打碎),洋葱(红洋葱香,白洋葱甜,两个都要,用搅拌机打碎),香茅(中间嫩芯切碎,比较香;外面的切大段,切碎会苦),南疆(拍一拍就好),鸡肉切块(用糖盐,少少酱油腌,不要太湿),黄姜叶切丝(我们这里没有这个daun kunyit,就拿柠檬叶代替)。。。
preparation: garlic, dry and fresh chilis (blend with blender), onions (red onions smell great, white/normal onions taste sweet, we need both, blend them with blender also), Cymbopogon (the middle part cut it finely, smell better; outer part just cut to long piece, fine cut will be bitter), Galangal (just simply squash it), chicken cut to pieces (marinate with sugar, salt, a bit soya sauce, not too wet), slice Turmeric leaf (we can't find this leaf in germany, so we use lemon leaf to substitute)...





2)首先准备一大锅油来炸鸡,腌过的鸡肉粘上蛋,再粘面粉,那去炸。。。炸了过后,把油捞干净,再炸。。。正常来说是要热油炸一次,温油炸一次,这样才会全熟透。。。但是这里只需要热油炸过就好,因为之后还会再焖一阵子。。。
prepare a big wok of oil to deep fry the chicken. Dip into eggs, to stick the flour covering it, and deep fry...after frying must clean the oil using the filter, then fry again...for normal dish, you need to fry it twice, once with hot oil and once with warm oil, so that the chicken will be totally cooked...but here we just fry once with hot oil, because after that we will cook them again...



3)然后另一边准备一个干锅来烘烤椰丝,至金黄色就好。。。颜色深一点就比较香,但是一不小心烧焦的话就会变苦,要很小心哦!不停地翻锅。。。
At the same time, you can dry the desiccated coconut with a dry pan, heat them until they change to golden colour...the darker it is, the greater it smells, but becareful if they burn will change to be bitter. keep on flip the thing...




4)然后顺序地把蒜米,香茅,洋葱,南疆,辣椒用油炒香。。。炒一阵子后,放柠檬叶,椰丝和椰浆。。。然后把炸好的鸡肉也放进去再焖煮个十分钟(如果你煮的是羊肉或牛肉,之前不需要炸,但是在这里可能要焖久一点)。。。
In sequence fry the garlics, Cymbopogon, Onion, Galangal, chilis... after a while, put lemon leaf, desiccated coconut and coconut milk... then throw the chicken in and heat it for 10 minutes (if you cook mutton or beaf, don't fry it,but here may need longer time)...





整个过程要差不多2个小时。。。但是可以顶很久,放几个星期都不会臭。。。每天拿一点来吃也行。。。
the whole process spend around 2 hours....but this food can last very long, a few weeks also no problem....you can take a bit out everyday, put into microwave and eat...

12 Things to Do with Coca Cola

Coca Cola (the real one) is not only great to drink, it also has many uses around the home.


This list of uses was tested on ordinary, original Coca Cola, not the diet kind, or any of the variations there are available.

  1. Cleaned a burned saucepan by pouring Coke into it and boiling. This takes out all the staining.
  2. It's easy to make a modern photograph look like an old sepia one. Just lightly brush the photograph with Coca Cola and dry quickly. Don't wet it too much or it will buckle. Photocopied black and white pictures make great looking "antique" prints, if you treat them in the same way. Maps photocopied and treated this way, look fantastic in antique style frames.
  3. If you dye your hair and the result is too intense, flat Coca Cola will help to lighten it.
  4. Give old coins a soak in Coke. This gives a brilliant shine for collections and decorative items.
  5. Pour Coca Cola into your kettle and leave all day. This will remove limescale and leaves it clean inside.
  6. A can of Coke poured into the toilet will clean it. The acid in the drink gets to work right away.
  7. Make an excellent barbecue sauce by mixing Coke and Ketchup , half and half. Coat chicken, meat, etc with this before cooking. It's mouthwatering.
  8. Flat Coke makes a good hair conditioner. Pour it over your hair, rinse and dry.
  9. Put Coke into flat wide dishes in the garden and it will help to rid your plants of slugs. They are attracted by the sweet smell and once they fall in, they can't get out.
  10. Rusty bolts can be loosened by soaking a rag in Coca Cola, and wrapping it around the bolt. Leave for a few hours and it will be easier to move.
  11. Clean your jewelery in a glass of Coke. Brush with a toothbrush and rinse well. (Not recommended for valuable items, or those with gem stones in them.)
  12. Flat Coca Cola helps to settle upset stomachs. Don't use fresh, fizzy Coke as this could irritate the condition. (Take the fizz out by adding a little sugar, if you need to.)

Fry Potato ♦ 香煎马铃薯

这是一道德国名菜哦!名菜不一定要很难弄,像这道就真的是简单到我姐姐都可能会煮!!(我姐姐煮菜很烂:P)
This is a famous german dish! Famous dish doesn't mean that it must be very hard to be prepared. This dish is really easy, even my sister can cook it!! (my sister can't cook well :P)

全部材料: All ingredients:
洋葱 Onions
马铃薯 Potatos
盐巴或酱油 Salt or soya sauce
辣椒粉 Chili powder
葱花 Onion leaf

步骤大纲:煎马铃薯(1),炒一炒料(2),马铃薯回锅(3),上菜加点缀(4)。。。
Overall steps: fry potatos(1), cook other thing(2), mix the potatos(3), put to the plate and do some decoration(4)!~~





需要的材料一眼看完,一只手也数得完。。。我再重复一次:洋葱,马铃薯,还有辣椒粉和葱花(可有可无),还有一些盐巴或酱油。。。
the things you need can just count with one hand, really simply...i repeat once again: onion, potatos, chili powder and onion leaf(nevermind if you don't have), and some salt or soya sauce...

1)少少油把马铃薯煎到金黄色像这样。。。考功夫的就在这里啦!一、要有耐心,因为要煎蛮久的。二、要尽量把马铃薯弄开,因为马铃薯会贴在一起(但是如果你只是随便吃的话这个也不怎么重要,煎不均匀“吃进肚子也不都是一样!”《quote from 陈亚霞女士,我妈啦!:P》
fry the potatos until golden colour with just a bit of oil...this is the hardest part! 1st, you have to be patient, because it takes time. 2nd, you need to seperate the potatos evenly because they will stick together (but if you are not fussy, then it's alright, like what my mum said: "Everything get the same when they get into your tummy!" :P

2)然后马铃薯放在一边,一点油把洋葱爆香,洒辣椒粉,盐巴或酱油。
put the potatos aside, use a bit oil to fry the onion, put some chili powder, salt or soya sauce.

3)马铃薯回锅捞一捞,可以了。。。
put the potatos in and mix them together, done...


4)放在碟上,洒一些葱花点缀一下颜色,别无他意。。。
put on a plate, spread some onion leaf as decoration, nothing special...

有没有这么简单哦?就是这么简单。普普名言:“名菜不一定难做,简单也不一定不好吃”。。。

Fruit Rojak ♦ 水果啰喏 ♦ Obst Rojak

Rojak is a special dish in Malaysia, Singpore and Indonesia. It means "mixture" in Malay. We have 2 types of rojak in Malaysia, one is Indian rojak or Mamak rojak, another one is Fruit rojak. Here i'm going to introduce you the Fruit rojak:
啰喏是一个很特别出产于马来西亚,新加坡和印尼。马来语的意思是“什锦”。在马来西亚有两种啰喏,一种是印度啰喏,另一种是水果啰喏。这里要介绍的是水果啰喏:
Rojak ist ein Spezialität in Malaysia, in Singpur und in Indonesien. Es bedeutet „Mischung“ auf Malaiisch. Wir haben 2 Beispiele Rojak in Malaysia, einmal ist indisches Rojak oder Mamak Rojak, ein anderes ist Obst Rojak. Hier werde ich dich vorstellen das Obst Rojak:

All ingredients: 全部材料: Alle Zutaten:
Cucumber 黄瓜 Gurke
Pineapple 黄梨 Ananas
Mangos 芒果 Mangos
Green apples 青苹果 grüne Apfeln
Dried shredded squid 鱿鱼丝 Getrockneter zerrissener Kalmar
Youtiao 油条 Youtiao
Lemon juice 柠檬汁 Zitronesaft
Shrimp Paste 虾膏 Garnelenpaste
Sugar 砂糖 Zucker
Cruched peanuts碎花生粒 Geknirschte Erdnüsse




step 1: put sugar, shrimp paste, lemon juice in a big bowl and stir it.
步骤 1:把砂糖,虾膏,柠檬汁放进大碗里搅匀。
Step 1: Setzen Sie Zucker, Garnelepaste, Zitronesaft setzen in einer grossen Schüssel und rühren.

step 2: cut cucumber, pineapple, mangos, green apples to tetrahedron and throw them in. Stir again.
步骤 2:把黄瓜,黄梨,芒果,青苹果切成菱角丢下去再搅。
Step 2: Gurken, Ananas, Mangopflaumen, grüne Äpfel schneiden zum Tetraeder und werfen rein. Rühren Sie wieder.

step 3: bake the dried shredded squid and youtiao, cut to small pieces, throw into the bowl and stir again.
步骤 3:鱼丝和油条烘过切小片放进去再搅。
Step 3: den getrockneten zerrissenen Kalmar und das youtiao backen, zu den kleinen Stücken schneiden, in die Schüssel werfen und wieder rühren.

step 4: Crunch the peanuts with blender and spread on top of it. Mix them averagely and serve it.
步骤 4:用搅拌机打碎花生,洒在上面再搅,上菜。
Schritt 4: Die Erdnüsse mit Mischmaschine knirschen und auf sie verbreiten. Sie werden gemischt und gedient.

Pig Knuckle ♦ 德国咸猪手 ♦ Schweinshaxe

Germany has 3 famous cuisine: Pig Knuckle, Sausages and Beer...today i'm going to introduce you German Pig Knuckle - Eisbein!~~
德国出名的美食有三:咸猪手,香肠和啤酒。。。今天来介绍一下德国咸猪手!~~~
Im Deutschland gibt es drei bekannte Spezialitäten: Schweinshaxe, Wurst und Bier...heute stelle ich dir die Deutsche Schweinshaxe!~~




Normally if you buy a Eisbein like this in a restaurant, it costs you around 7(the prize in Czech Republic) to 10 euro (at normal place in Germany), Munich October fest sells even more expensive (15 euro)...these two we bought them from a supermarket, costs only 3 euro each (the cheapest one that we found recently), so we bought 2...
平时在餐厅里点这样的一个猪手(又名脆皮猪肘),大概要7(捷克那边的价钱)至10欧元(德国普通的地方),慕尼黑啤酒节卖得更贵(15欧元)。。。这个是我们在超级市场打包回来的,仅仅3欧元一个(目前找到最便宜的!),我们买了两个。。。
Normalerweise eine Schweinshaxe, wie so im Restaurant, kostet von 7(in Tschechische Republik) bis 10 Euro (im normalen Restaurant, Deutschland), München Oktoberfest kostet sie sogar teurer (15 Euro)...Diese haben wir vom Kaufland gekauft, nur 3 Euro pro Stück (die biligsten Schweinshaxe,die wir gefunden haben). Also kauften wir zwei Stücke...




The whole piece of Pig Knuckle is cooked like this, and slice it out only when you want to eat...How to cook? i don't really know...but what i know is that it's very complicated (the easiest way is to go out and buy one, hahaha)...the amazing part is that the knuckle is so thick but yet the salty taste can be tasted even at the inner part...
烹饪的时候就是整个这样煮,吃的时候再切出来吃。。。至于是怎么煮呢?小弟还未参透。。。听说是腌过一遍,再用汤熬煮,再烤,再炸,再烤(很复杂就对了,最容易就是去买一个,哈哈)。。。厉害之处是这么厚的猪脚从内到外都带着恰到好处的咸味。。。
Das ganze Stück der Schweinhaxe wird so gekocht, und dann bis kleine Teil geschnitten...Wie kocht man sie? ich weiß nicht genau...Als ich weiß, ist es ganz kompliziert (Kauf einfach von Supermarkt! hahaha)...Das ganze Stück ist so dick, trotzdem schmeckt sie auch salzig am Innenteil...

咕唠肉 Sweet Sour Pork

全部材料: All ingredients:
猪肉 Pork
鸡蛋 Eggs
黄瓜 Cucumber
黄梨 Pineapple
番茄 Tomatos
萝卜 Carots
洋葱 Onions
蒜米 Garlics
面粉 Flour
绍兴花雕酒 Chinese Wine
盐糖,酱油 Sugar,salt and soya sauce

步骤大纲:准备摆设(1),准备材料(2),炸肉(3),煮菜再把肉回锅(4)。。。
Overall steps: prepare decoration stuff(1), prepare material(2), deep fry the pork(3), and cook the vege and mix with the pork(4)!~~




(1)黄瓜和番茄切片作伴碟,摆一个漂亮的形状。。。
Cut cucumbers and tomatos in slices and put them in a nice form...




(2)蒜米切碎;洋葱(切八块拨开);黄瓜,黄梨,番茄,萝卜都切丁。。。
fine chop garlics, cut onions to 8 pieces and pull them out in layers, cut cucumbers, pineapple, tomatos, carots in tetrahedron (don't use the ruler to measure it! just simply cut with your feeling)...



(3)稍微用绍兴花雕酒,盐糖腌一腌猪肉(切块);沾蛋沾粉那去炸,炸了后放一边。。。
marinate the pork (already in cube shape) with salt, sugar and some Chinese wine. coat the pork with egg and flour, deep fry and put it aside...



(4)炒菜,先把蒜米洋葱爆香,如果萝卜之前有用热水烫过就没什么,如果懒惰没有的话,现在就把萝卜放下去煮一煮让它熟。。。
steps to fry the vege: fry the garlic first, if the carots were boiled then is alright, if you are lazy to preboil them, now put the carots in and fry them...
之后再把其他的东西(洋葱,黄瓜,黄梨,番茄)倒进去炒,加些调味料(盐糖,酱油)。。。
then put the other stuff in (onions, cucumbers, pineapple, tomatos), add some salt, sugar and soya sauce...
再把炸好的猪肉到进去捞一捞匀,看你要脆脆的还是软软的。。。脆脆的就快点起锅,软软的就煮旧一些。。。
the pour in the pork to mix it, depends if you want it to be cruncy, then don't cook so long; if you want it to be soft, then cook longer time...
